On my way back from Cape Cod I stopped in Plymouth, the home of the Mayflower II and the famous Plymouth Rock.
It was nearly a 100 degrees when I stopped in Plymouth. As I walked along the waterfront the heat blast was like that when you open an oven door!
This is the Mayflower II (the bigger boat), a replica of the ship that brought the first Pilgrims to Massachusetts in the 1600s.
A closeup of the small boat near the Mayflower II.
Just some pictures of the scenery in the area.
The sign says it all.
This is it, Plymouth Rock, which is currently housed in the monument above.
