I stopped in Quebec City to see the old part of town. The pictures below
are some of the better ones I took. The challenge with taking pictures
in old Quebec is the fact that the old stone buildings are so big and
the old streets are so small. My digital camera does have a wide angle
lens so it's hard to get a complete building in one shot, which often
makes the picture hardly worth taking.
This next few pictures are of the Chateau Frontenac.
This next building is the Quebec Board of Trade built in 1809.
The next few pictures are examples of the interesting scenes in old Quebec.
Interesting paintings.
The post office.
A picture created by Stitching two together to over come the lack of
a wide angle lens mentioned above - it didn't work that great in this case.
A small ship in the harbour.
